As a Denver wedding photographer, one of my favorite things is winter weddings. While much of the world embraces those late spring and early summer weddings, we are a different breed in Colorado. Our brides aren’t shy to hit the snowy slopes even in the finest of silk wedding gowns. After all, what is a little bit of snow on your bare arms when you can see the Rocky Mountains at their very best?
This lovely couple took full advantage of the winter season in the Rocky Mountains. With a wedding at the Four Seasons in Vail, Colorado, it was a mesmerizing beautiful event. Of course, we got some amazing indoor wedding photos of the beautiful couple celebrating with their friends and family. After all, the Four Seasons wedding reception space in Vail is easily amongst the most stunning venues in the world. That said, even the chicest of wedding reception spots can’t compare to a wedding pics possible in the great outdoors of Vail.
When it came to the wedding album, we were spoiled for choice with this adorable couple. photos. Along with all of their wedding guests, I adored their white winter wonderland wedding theme. The bride carried a stunning bouquet of snow-white flowers to match the groom’s sparkling ivory corsage. The bride’s timeless porcelain white-dress was accented by a lovely pearl necklace and bracelet set that made her chestnut hair shine.
We couldn’t have planned a better winter wedding outdoor photo shoot than we ended up with right as the delicate snowflakes started to fly. As soon as the couple walked out of the wedding venue into the snowy grounds of the hotel, I knew we were going to have a great wedding photo shoot. When I saw the bride look up adoringly at her groom, I was certain that we had the absolutely star photo of their wedding album.
