As a wedding photographer in Denver, I know very well how blessed I am to be in one of the most beautiful places on the planet. Whether I am snapping wedding pics for local Colorado brides and grooms or in-the-know couples who have come in for a CO destination wedding, I’ve seen so many stunning weddings. Between the chic downtown Denver wedding venues and the sweeping Rocky Mountain landscapes, I find myself forever spoiled for lovely vistas. I am constantly discovering another drop-dead gorgeous mountainscape or elegant wedding reception venue.
Even after having seen so many incredible spots, this wedding in Aspen, Colorado took my breath away. The bride and groom had chosen a fairytale setting for their unforgettable wedding day. As soon as I saw the wedding venue, I was in love with every detail. The locally inspired floral arrangement for the aisle tied perfectly into the lush landscape of trees, tall grasses, and wildflowers. Of course, the jewel in the crown was the breathtaking mountainscape of the Rockies. The bride and groom had perfectly selected the wedding space so that every shot had a dream view of the steely grey mountains behind us.
These wedding photos are amongst my favorites. With the dapper groom in a classic black tux and the absolutely stunning bride in a timeless elegant flowing snow-white wedding dress, there is so much to love here. Just look at that arch overflowing with rich sprays of ivory flowers that perfectly cover the mountains in this stunning outdoor wedding photo shoot!
For me, the perfect final detail for this outdoor wedding pic was the bride’s stunning white floral bridal bouquet that accented the stunning arrangements of flowers that were showered throughout the wedding venue and beyond in the natural wildflowers. In front of a perfect white fence and the snow-capped peaks of the Rockies, it was truly a picture-perfect white wedding.
